1. SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made through the website, including:
– Original artworks
– Fine art prints
– Art retreats in France or in other countries

2. PRODUCTS

2.1 Originals

Each artwork is a unique piece created by Lily Marfisi. Details about medium, dimensions, and price are listed on each product page.

2.2 Fine art prints

Prints are available on various formats and supports. Some are limited editions or signed. Minor color differences may occur due to screen calibration.

2.3 Art retreats

Art retreats include immersive experiences in France and abroad.

 

3. PRICES

Prices are in euros (€) and include taxes (VAT if applicable).
Shipping and customs fees are shown before order confirmation.
Prices may change, but not after an order has been confirmed.

4. ORDER & PAYMENT

Orders are confirmed upon full payment.
Accepted methods: credit card, PayPal, or as supported by Shopify.
A confirmation email is sent after purchase.

5. SHIPPING

5.1 Prints and originals

• Worldwide shipping available
• Free shipping for orders above certain amounts (e.g., 50 € for prints)
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days for prints, 10–20 for originals
• Lily Marfisi Art is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers

5.2 Damages

If the product arrives damaged, the buyer must contact customer support within 48 hours with photo proof.

6. WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Buyers in the EU have a right of withdrawal within 14 days.
Exceptions: custom or made-to-order artworks cannot be returned.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
Refunds will be made after receiving the product in perfect condition.

7. ART RETREATS

7.1 Payment plan

• Payment in multiple installments is available on request.

7.2 Cancellation

• More than 3 months before: deposit refunded in full
• Less than 3 months: deposit non-refundable
• If the organizer cancels: full refund or alternative date offered

7.3 Responsibilities

• Participants must purchase travel and cancellation insurance
• Transportation costs are not included
• The organizer is not liable for injury, illness, or incidents during the retreat

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artworks, texts, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Lily Marfisi. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. PRIVACY

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, parties shall seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the courts of Toulouse, France.
