Refund policy

We try to always offer you the best quality possible. If there is an issue with your order upon reception (if it is damaged or if you received the wrong item), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the good. We will contact our printing company, and try out best to find a solution for you.

Please note that we do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the item you purchased. We will only consider refunding in the case of a damaged product upon arrival, after thorough assessment of your case. Please provide any proof of the damaged item within the 48hours after reception, so we can decide if your refund is accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you received an original painting damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours) at lilymarfisi-art@gmail.com and we will see what we can do about that.

Please note that we do not guarantee the exactitude of the colours on prints. This can vary slightly depending on the printing machines used with our print provider.
